Clinical Evaluations
Clinical evaluations are conducted for diagnostic and treatment planning purposes. Although such evaluations may be court-ordered and the results of such evaluations may be of interest to the court, they do not address forensic questions. They typically involve clinical interviews of the individual (and parents or caregivers if the evaluee is a child), testing, and completion of self-report measures. We often see children whose families are involved with DHHR and Family Court, and we are familiar with common issues experienced by these children.
