Service Area

Hudson Forensic providers are licensed in multiple states, locally including West Virginia and Kentucky. However, with a growing number of states adopting PsyPact legislation, we are also able to provide services via telehealth in other PsyPact states. ​ Depending on your local market, we may be able to provide services not locally available or provide them more quickly or at a lower cost.  If you are considering utilizing our services from a more remote location, please consider whether testimony is likely to be required in your case and, if so, whether this could be provided by telephone or videoconference, as travel fees and expenses could significantly affect the cost of testimony.
