Clinical/Forensic Psychologist or Post-Doctoral Fellow
Hudson Forensic is a small but busy private forensic psychology practice based in Charleston, WV. We are always interested in talking to doctorally-trained forensic evaluators. We offer excellent opportunities for postdoctoral fellows, early career psychologists, or licensed psychologists interested in specializing in forensic psychology. Clinical supervision and training are provided as benefits of employment. Minimum requirements include supervised psychologist (“gold card”) eligibility and completion of graduation requirements from an accredited doctoral program in psychology. Appropriate candidates will have assessment experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interest in court-ordered parental fitness evaluations. Scheduling will be based on the candidate’s training needs and the needs of the practice, but is flexible relative to other work settings. Pay is commission-based, with a realistic short-term earning potential of $80,000+ (this figure is based on completion of four forensic evaluation reports weekly and would adjust proportionately if more or less reports were completed).
Applicants should email a CV and de-identified work sample to Dr. Clifton Hudson (drhudson@hudsonforensic.com). Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
